1. OVERVIEW
This website is operated by Wise Wipe Corp (WISE WIPE). Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Wise Wipe Corp. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing products from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy published on our website.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy, the Privacy Policy controls with respect to the collection, processing, and disclosure of your personal information.

2. ONLINE STORE TERMS
2.1 Age of majority
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your province or territory of residence.

2.2 Quebec residents
For residents of Quebec, these Terms do not intend to exclude or limit mandatory legal rights as a consumer under applicable law, including the Consumer Protection Act and the Civil Code of Quebec.

3. PRODUCTS, HYGIENE, SAFETY WARNINGS, AND ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
3.1 Hygiene sensitive products
We sell hygiene sensitive products (wet wipes and related personal care items). Due to hygiene and safety considerations, certain restrictions apply to returns and refunds as set out in the Return and Refund Policy.

3.2 Product images and descriptions
We strive for accuracy in product descriptions and specifications. Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Minor variations may occur due to manufacturing batches, packaging updates, or display settings.

3.3 Use in accordance with product labeling and warnings
All products must be used strictly in accordance with the directions, warnings, and other information printed on the product packaging and labeling. Misuse, use contrary to instructions, or use on areas for which the product is not intended may increase the risk of irritation or adverse reactions.

3.4 Allergy and safety warnings
Unless otherwise stated on a specific product label, the following warnings and handling instructions apply, and you are responsible for reviewing the packaging before use:

Do not eat or swallow.
Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, and sensitive areas.
Keep out of reach of children.
Do not use if you or your child is sensitive or allergic to ingredients.
Consult your doctor if you or your child have sensitive skin or allergies.

Do not flush.

3.5 Skin sensitivity and individual outcomes
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, or information purchased will meet your specific expectations regarding skin sensitivity or individual reactions. Ingredient information is provided where applicable and is intended to support informed purchasing decisions.

4. PRICES, TAXES, AND CORRECTIONS
4.1 Price changes and service changes
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice.

4.2 Taxes
Taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable law, including GST/HST and where applicable QST.

4.3 Errors and corrections
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted an order). If an order is affected by a pricing or listing error, we may cancel the order and issue a refund.

5. ORDERS, PAYMENT, AND VERIFICATION
5.1 Order acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, cancel, or limit quantities at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, inventory constraints, or pricing errors.

5.2 Payment processing
Payment processing is handled through Shopify and or third party payment providers. Your payment may be subject to the provider’s terms in addition to these Terms.

5.3 Verification and address validation
We may contact you to verify order details (including address validation) prior to fulfillment. Failure to provide timely verification may result in delay or cancellation with refund.

5.4 Order changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us promptly. We will assess feasibility based on fulfillment status. Once an order has entered fulfillment, is packed, or has shipped, cancellation and modification may not be possible.
Customizable products cannot be canceled once production has started (after Final Design Approval and payment confirmation).

5.5 Chargebacks and payment disputes
If you believe there is an issue with a charge, contact us first so we can review and attempt to resolve it. We may provide order, delivery, and communication records to payment processors or financial institutions in connection with a dispute.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping and production timelines are governed by the Shipping Policy.

6.1 Delivery estimates
Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery may be affected by carrier operations, weather, peak periods, or other factors outside our control.

6.2 Ontario delivery delay cancellation right
For consumers in Ontario, where an agreed delivery date applies, if goods are not delivered within 30 calendar days of the agreed upon delivery date, the consumer may have the right to cancel the agreement and receive a refund as required by applicable law.

6.3 Quebec 30 day delivery rule
For Quebec consumers, if a product is not delivered within 30 days of the date stated in the confirmation (or 30 days from the date of the contract if no date is stated), you may have the right to cancel the order and receive a refund, subject to applicable law.

6.4 Risk of loss and title
Title to the products transfers to you upon full payment. Risk of loss transfers upon confirmed delivery to the shipping address provided in your order, subject to mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived.

7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are governed by the Return and Refund Policy.

7.1 Hygiene policy summary
Due to the nature of hygiene products, opened products are generally not eligible for return. Unopened products may be eligible within the stated return window, subject to conditions.

7.2 Damaged goods and documentation
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us as soon as possible and provide supporting evidence (for example photos) so we can assess eligibility for replacement or reshipment under the Return and Refund Policy.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND LEGAL WARRANTY
8.1 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wise Wipe Corp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our Services or products.

8.2 Non excludable rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

8.3 Quebec legal warranty
For Quebec residents, nothing in these Terms limits the Legal Warranty provided under the Civil Code of Quebec or the Consumer Protection Act.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All site content including trademarks, logos, product names, images, text, and design elements are owned by or licensed to Wise Wipe Corp and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as necessary to use the Services for personal, non commercial shopping.

10. USER CONTENT AND REVIEWS
If you submit reviews or content, you grant Wise Wipe Corp a non exclusive, worldwide, royalty free right to use, reproduce, publish, and display such content for marketing and operational purposes, subject to applicable law and the Privacy Policy. You represent your content is accurate and does not infringe third party rights.

11. THIRD PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
The Services may include third party services and links. We are not responsible for third party content, policies, or practices. Your use of third party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

12. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS AND MARKETING PREFERENCES
12.1 Electronic communications
You consent to receive communications from us electronically, including by email, and you agree that such communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

12.2 Marketing communications
Where required by Canada anti spam rules, we will send commercial electronic messages only with appropriate consent, and we will include required identification and an unsubscribe mechanism, with unsubscribe requests processed within applicable timelines.

13. BILL 96 COMPLIANCE (LANGUAGE)
For Quebec consumers, where these Terms are considered a contract of adhesion or related documents, a French version must be made available and presented first, free of charge, before an English only version is used. The parties acknowledge that they have requested that this agreement be drafted in English after the French version was made available. Les parties reconnaissent avoir exigé que la présente convention soit rédigée en anglais après que la version française ait été mise à leur disposition.

14. FORCE MAJEURE
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier disruptions, weather events, labour disruptions, governmental actions, supply chain disruptions, and systems outages.

15. GOVERNING LAW
Except where mandatory consumer protection rules apply (including mandatory Quebec consumer rules for Quebec residents), these Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

16. SEVERABILITY, ENTIRE AGREEMENT, AND UPDATES
16.1 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

16.2 Entire agreement
These Terms, together with the policies referenced, constitute the entire agreement between you and Wise Wipe Corp regarding the Services.

16.3 Updates
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date indicates the latest revision. Your continued use of the Services after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
