Customizable Products
Customizable products are produced specifically for each customer based on approved designs and specifications. For this reason, customizable products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Akita Natural Cosmetic & WISE WIPE Branded Products
For Akita Natural Cosmetic and WISE WIPE branded products, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided that the products are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will provide a free replacement or reshipment at no additional cost. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist and arrange the next steps.

Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be in resalable condition. Products that have been opened, used, or damaged (other than verified shipping damage) will not be eligible for a refund.
