Production & Lead Times

For non-customizable products (including our Akita Natural Cosmetic and WISE WIPE branded wet wipes), standard dispatch is within 3–5 business days.

For customizable products, our production and dispatch timelines are as follows:

When the clock starts
Production timelines begin once Final Design Approval is received and payment is confirmed. Business days exclude weekends and Canadian (Ontario) statutory holidays. Approvals received after 12:00 p.m. ET are processed on the next business day.

Standard production lead times (maximum)
0–500 units: 3–5 business days
500–2,000 units: 5–7 business days
2,000–5,000 units: 7–10 business days
5,000+ units: 10–14 business days

Whenever capacity allows, we may be able to ship sooner than the timelines above.

Shipping time not included
The production lead times listed above do not include shipping or transit time. At checkout, please review our current shipping options and delivery estimates for your address.

Shipping fees and free-shipping thresholds
Shipping fees are calculated and paid by the customer unless the order qualifies for free shipping. Free-shipping eligibility is based on the thresholds and conditions declared in our website announcements and/or configured in our checkout system. When your cart total meets the applicable free-shipping threshold, free shipping is automatically applied at checkout. If shipping is not free for your order, the full shipping cost is clearly displayed on the payment screen before you complete your purchase.
